Who is Neurodivergent Meg?
Megan is an ADHDer with a passion for supporting neurodivergent people to live the lives they want.
With a background in behavioural psychology spanning almost 2 decades, Megan has worked with a wide range of neurotypes across the lifespan.
Megan’s experience includes:
Coaching neurodivergent people and their whānau
Practical 1 on 1 support to achieve goals
Helping newly diagnosed neurodivergent people and their whānau to understand their neurodivergence
Training people to provide support services for neurodivergent people
Supporting neurodivergent people to become job ready
Delivering education and support for workplaces to become neurodiversity inclusive
Coaching employers and neurodivergent people in the workplace
Providing support for workplace challenges that might be occurring for neurodivergent people.
Designing and delivering a neurodivergence programme for the NZ Police
Whānau: Megan has 4 children, a husband, and various family members who are neurodivergent. All have ADHD, while some also have dyspraxia, autism, dysgraphia and dyslexia added in.
Megan was trained by psychologists and undertakes regular supervision and Professional Development to ensure that services she offers are following best practice.

BA Psychology
Post grad papers in Organizational Psychology, Psychological Wellbeing in the Workplace, Cultural Psychology, and Research
